Maintenance Contracts

To ensure your new or existing equipment runs as efficiently as possible we recommend regular routine maintenance contracts, these can be six monthly or twelve monthly or more for high contamination areas.

We are happy to carry out a site survey of your equipment, existing or new, and discuss your requirements.

It is now a legal requirement for certain types of equipment containing 3kg or more of refrigerant to be Leak Tested annually checking for any signs of refrigerant leakage, this can only be carried out by F-Gas registered engineers, like us.

F-GAS Regulations

On 4 July 2011, the first regulations were introduced to ensure that any person working on refrigeration or air conditioning equipment must be F-Gas certified for installation, servicing, or maintenance. These regulations were updated with the introduction of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014, which focuses on reducing the use of HFC refrigerants to protect the environment and combat climate change.

All refrigerants are safely reclaimed into sealed containers and returned to our suppliers for proper disposal or recycling. Any necessary paperwork is completed, and copies are provided to the customer as proof of responsible waste management.
